Danny Yadidsion, Esq.

Danny Yadidsion is the founder of Labor Law PC, a prominent Santa Monica firm serving Los Angeles and surrounding areas that practices labor and employment law exclusively, and exclusively for employees. Danny has practiced labor and employment law for 15 years, and since founding Labor Law PC he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, including numerous settlements in the seven and high six figures, and certified a class of over 10,000 employees.

He Learned the Defense Playbook First

Before opening his own practice, Danny built his career at Jackson Lewis, a nationally known labor and employment defense firm with more than 800 attorneys across 55 offices. There he focused exclusively on labor and employment law, representing Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 corporations, insurance companies, and high-profile executives, including CEOs.

His defense-side practice covered the full range of employment litigation: wage and hour disputes such as overtime and misclassification claims, harassment, discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, contract disputes, and wrongful termination, along with comprehensive counseling of employers on labor and employment matters. He won arbitrations, trials, motions for summary judgment, class certification motions, and other pivotal proceedings, and negotiated favorable settlements throughout.

That background is now his clients’ advantage. When Labor Law PC brings a case for an employee, Danny already knows how the employer’s lawyers will value it, defend it, and try to make it go away.

Education and Training

Danny graduated among the top of his class at UCLA Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court team, served two consecutive terms as President of the Jewish Law Students Association, and was a staff editor for the Entertainment Law Review. He earned multiple awards for achieving the highest grades in his classes. Recognizing his aptitude for trial advocacy, the American Board of Trial Advocates selected Danny as a Fellow in its internship program, where he worked with both defense and plaintiff firms as well as with a judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Before law school, Danny graduated from UCLA phi beta kappa and cum laude, earning degrees in business economics, public policy, and political science, and consistently placing on the UCLA Dean’s and Provost’s honors lists.

Recognition

Danny is a published author and has won many awards, including repeated recognition by Super Lawyers as a Southern California Rising Star, a distinction placing him in the top 2.5% of all lawyers, and recognition by Lead Counsel. He has also appeared on KABC to provide his expert opinion on employment issues.

Giving Back

Community service is woven through Danny’s career. He has provided free legal services to the elderly and economically disadvantaged through Bet Tzedek, contributed pro bono services to wounded veterans through the Wounded Warrior Project, and volunteered for the Los Angeles Christian Health Centers, which provide healthcare to homeless residents of Skid Row. His pro bono contributions earned him the prestigious Wiley Manuel award. That same commitment runs through the firm: Labor Law PC donates a portion of its fees from every case to charity.

Outside the Office

Away from his practice, Danny is a basketball and football fan who loves live music, likes to cook, and travels whenever he can.
