Employment Law Attorney
Paige Taylor is an experienced trial lawyer with more than two dozen jury trials to her name, and she loves being in front of a jury. She has litigated employment cases all over the country, including class actions, wage-and-hour matters, and discrimination cases, from Florida to California and from Texas to Michigan. For clients, that record matters even in cases that never see a courtroom: employers and their defense firms negotiate differently with a lawyer they know is genuinely ready, and happy, to try the case.
Background and Education
Paige graduated from Georgetown Law. During law school, she served as a student advocate for domestic violence victims in court, a calling close to her heart ever since she pursued independent research on domestic violence prevention as a college student.
After graduating, she moved to Northern California in 2012 and began her career as a criminal prosecutor, where she focused on protecting vulnerable populations. Trial work was the foundation of that job, and it is where she built the courtroom instincts that now define her practice.
Her path since then has covered every side of employment law. She worked as an employment lawyer at AmLaw 200 firms, including Reed Smith and Jackson Lewis, where she learned exactly how large defense firms build and defend their cases. Most recently before joining Labor Law PC, she worked in-house for a company in the IT space, assisting with all aspects of the business and gaining an inside view of how employment decisions actually get made within a company.
Practice Focus at Labor Law PC
At Labor Law PC, Paige represents employees only. Her nationwide litigation background covers the firm’s core work, including:
- Wage and hour claims and class actions
- Discrimination cases
- Wrongful termination
- Retaliation against workers who stood up for their rights
Her Approach
Paige has seen employment disputes from the prosecutor’s table, the defense side, the in-house seat, and now the employee’s corner. That full-circle perspective means she can anticipate an employer’s strategy before it unfolds, because she has written that playbook herself. She prepares every case as if it is going to a jury, advocates passionately for employees and victims, and gives clients the straight story about their options at every step.
Her cases, like all of the firm’s work, start with a free and confidential consultation, and clients pay nothing unless the firm wins.
