Prior to founding Labor Law PC, Danny exclusively practiced labor and employment law at Jackson Lewis, a preeminent labor and employment law firm with over 800 attorneys throughout 55 offices. At Jackson Lewis, Danny represented Fortune 100 and 500 corporations, insurance companies, and CEO’s and other high-profile executives. He has litigated hundreds of employment-related cases, including claims of wage and hour (e.g. overtime, meal/rest breaks, misclassification), harassment, discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, contract claims, and wrongful termination, and has regularly advised employers regarding many issues. The results speak for themselves; he has repeatedly won arbitrations, trials, motions for summary judgments, class certification motions, and other dispositive motions, and negotiated excellent settlements.
Danny graduated among the top of his class at UCLA Law School. At UCLA Law School, he argued as part of the Moot Court team, served two terms as the President of the Jewish Law Students Association, and worked as the staff editor of the Entertainment Law Review. He earned several awards for the highest grades in his classes. Upon graduation, the American Board of Trial Advocates selected Danny as a Fellow in its prestigious internship where he gained a unique and enriching experience working with defense and plaintiff firms and a judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Prior to law school, Danny graduated phi beta kapa and cum laude from UCLA where he earned degrees in business economics , public policy, and political science. Danny regularly appeared on the UCLA Dean’s and Provost’s honors list.
Danny has donated his time to Bet Tzedek (free legal services to the elderly and economically disadvantaged), Wounded Warrior Project (free services to wounded veterans), and Los Angeles Christian Health Centers (healthcare services to homeless on skid row). He has been recognized for his pro bono work by being awarded with the Wiley Manuel award.
In his spare time, Danny enjoys basketball, football, live music, cooking, and traveling.
